Brazos' first birthday

We had a birthday party for the boy on Sunday, though he doesn't officialy turn 1 until Thursday. But he had a big time. Most of his family was there, as was Stacy Killingsworth, our babysitter from last year who is getting married next month. Sophie is going to be one of her flower girls; we'll see how that goes.




Sophie and cousins Kate and Blake were more than willing to help Brazos open his gifts.

He wasn't real sure about the cake at first. And 1-year-olds don't alway realize that flames are hot. Go figure.
